Erica styles my hair and I can confidently say she is a professional in what she does. It’s such a privilege to have found someone so talented in styling textured hair as well as bleaching/dyeing. I can tell she takes such care and passion with her knowledge and experience within textured hair. I had bleached highlights with a dye and she did the job amazingly. I highly recommend her. All the staff members are also so welcoming and warm. You can tell they really care about each clients hair. I’ll always be returning😁😁😁

Today I took my daughter for her very first curl-by-curl cut at The Muse Salon, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Erica was amazing from start to finish. She made sure my daughter felt completely comfortable in the chair and took the time to explain every single step of the process to me as she worked. It wasn’t just a haircut — it felt like a learning experience. She carefully shaped each curl individually, really respecting my daughter’s natural texture and helping her curls spring to life. What I appreciated most was how thorough Erica was. I left with so many helpful hair care tips and thoughtful product recommendations to make sure my daughter’s curls continue to grow healthy and strong. She didn’t rush us at all and made sure we felt confident maintaining the style at home. Most importantly, my daughter walked out beaming — happy, confident, and absolutely loving her new curls. I used to put off going to get my hair cut unless I was really desperate. I had resigned myself to seeing this as an annual necessity, with the understanding I would look pretty awful until I had at least got home and washed and styled my hair myself. And the cut itself could be hit and miss. This has all changed since I discovered Muse Salon. At 45 years old and curly since my teens, this is genuinely the first time in my life I have ever been to a salon where I came out with a finish better than I could have achieved at home! (Such is the curse of having naturally, unruly curly hair!) and cut is amazing too! Erica really, really knows her stuff and is clearly very passionate about curly hair. If you have curly hair and live in Northampton and surrounding area, you simply have to make Muse your go to salon! Thanks Erica!
